PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PARTNER DEVELOPMENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Naperville. IL
Job Description: National commercial painting company has an immediate need for a self- motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual for a Project Management/Partner Development Service Representative position. The successful candidate will report to our President.

Applicants must be:

  • Able to interact with customers, corporate and field staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure;
  • Resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Able to anticipate work flow, plan accordingly and handle several projects simultaneously;
  • Attentive to detail, well-organized and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing various project management systems for our customers;
  • Conducting daily follow-up calls;
  • Managing certificate of insurance database on a daily basis;
  • Hourly reporting on completed rollouts;
  • Monitoring and updating security badges;
  • Calendaring weekly teleconferences;
  • Recording meeting minutes;
  • Conducting background checks;
  • Assisting in partner recruiting;
  • Coordinating domestic travel for the Partner Development Manager;
  • Phone coverage.

Skills required for this position are:

  • Above average proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds;
  • High school diploma or its equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
